You’d be forgiven for not wanting to venture to the Doctors island of La Grazia. Besides loud explosions and awful experiments, there is amazing painting.
Full of mystery, La Grazia has been used by The Doctors for longer than any citizen can remember. Two recent visitors to this dangerous isle were Hugo A. Vieira & Ernesto German. Braving the roaming madmen for this week’s Monday Motivation, Hugo recently commissioned Ernesto to paint the La Grazia Researchers from our Carnevale line of products.
La Grazia Researchers
Taking to battle in a head on way, the two Alchemist Doctors fight from the front and enjoy launching grenades at your rival gang! Personally, I really love the glowing trails coming out from the grenades that Ernesto has painted. Besides this, the change of attire colour looks fantastic and adds some vibrance to the doctors you don’t often see.
Besides the vibrant Alchemists, we Ernesto has done a clean job working on the pair of Carrion who look like they’ve recently had their clothes cleaned. Not a single piece of dirt, scuff or mud can be found on this pair! Their implanted tools are crisp and the metal work looks great. We always enjoy seeing miniatures on a white backdrop so we can see your painting skills stand out but we also appreciate a good board shot.
Lit under a ominous green glow (which you’d expect to see at the Ospedale) we’re in love with how these miniatures look on a tabletop. Whilst not the most versatile of fighters, its really great to see the whole group painted on a board. Finally we liked the use of the resin bases which are always an upgrade from the standard plastic.
Thanks for sharing your work with us Chaps!
